Handy of handiest links!

I'm very excited to have found this website!!!

The products look really good, and I have swiftly placed an order. I will let you know the results, but have a look for yourself.

And if you beat me to it, then please let me know your baking results.

Hello. What a lovely looking website (and all the scrummy looking food...)

I went wheat-free for a while when I had mild IBS a few years ago. It helped. But the root cause of my problem was stress... when the stress went, so did the IBS.

However, I had a real job making 'nice' things to eat at the time - soda bread and homemade humous were staples. Your blog would've been a godsend!

mutterings and meandering, hello and thank-you for visiting! I'm glad the IBS went, i wonder if it is always stress-related? I've often heard of it being linked to stress. Do you think it can exist if one is in a calm and zen-like state? I must try some soda bread, thanks for the tip!

Hello anonymous, you did make me stew with your rumpy pumpy comments on that other wonderful blog, I think my 'timer' post was misconstrued! Thank-you for you kind observations about my blog...the muesli is very easy, you could try that? Good luck!
